The purchase of your travel booking constitutes a contractual agreement between the traveler(s), customer(s), client(s), and/or purchaser(s), collectively as ("You" and "Traveler"), and Beyond Borders Tour & Travel LLC ("We", "Us") pursuant to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”):
EXTENDED HOURS CLIENT SUPPORT
Beyond Borders Tour & Travel provides client-only support with extended hours. For emergencies within 72 hours of departure or while you are traveling, please call 901-381-6998. Our regular client hours are 7AM - 7PM EST Monday - Friday. Saturday is reserved for only booking trips. No inquiries will be sent out on the weekend. The preferred method of communication is email, text message, or through the client portal. Clients can also schedule phone consultations. Response time is 1 hour when communicating through email, text, or the client portal. We will contact you if we have any pressing concerns.
TRAVEL AGENCY
Beyond Borders Tour & Travel acts as a travel agency only. We sell various travel related products on behalf of numerous transport and accommodation service providers, including, but not limited to airlines, coach, rail, cruise line operators and hotels. Beyond Borders Tour & Travel does not own, operate, manage or control these independent suppliers of services and is not liable for their acts or omissions. We have no responsibility for these services, nor do we have the authority to make any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these travel service providers.
TRAVEL
TRAVEL PROTECTION | For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation protection and/or travel accident insurance. Beyond Borders Tour & Travel is not an insurance company and has no responsibility for the submission, payment or adjustment of any insurance claims. Any insurance claims that may fall under the relevant travel insurance policy must be submitted to the insurance company identified in the policy. Travel Protection rate is different per vendor and trip.
PASSPORTS & IDs | All individuals departing from the United States of America must be in possession of a valid passport. Please check that your passport is valid for 6 months or longer than your intended travel time. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documentation, including but not limited to passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. A valid government issued ID is required for travel within the USA, however depending on the State of departure or arrival, a passport may be required instead of a driver’s license.
DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT | You will be required to pay a minimum deposit per person when booking depending on the accommodations. The service provider may require further deposits. All deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is required no less than 45 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated. Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking. Beyond Borders Tour & Travel accepts debit card or credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Diners).
ADDITIONAL FEES | Additional taxes and surcharges that cannot be pre-collected may be charged locally by car rental agencies, hotels or other suppliers. Most properties and vehicle rental/leasing companies require a credit card imprint at check-in. We are also not liable for any changes in flight from the airline or fees that might occur from them.
LIABILITY | Beyond Borders Tour & Travel is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any travel service provider or of any third party. In addition and without limitation, we are not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay, or damage to person or property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or illness, disease, acts of war or civil unrest, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation, or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. Changes due to weather that hinder flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors my leave you responsible for additional costs for airfare, transportation, hotel accommodation and meals if the service provider doesn't cover it. Claims can be filed with the service provider directly.
TRAVEL AGENT CONSULTING
TRAINING | All training will be limited to 5 travel agents or less per training class so that we are able to answer direct questions and issues. Every session will also have a class manual for the agent to keep for reference.
The class registration fee is NON REFUNDABLE. If you miss your training time you will be able to reschedule.
MATERIAL | All training has been made by Beyond Borders Tour & Travel LLC. Any attempt to record or redistribute material given before, durning, or after will result and legal action.
