Terms & Conditions

The purchase of your travel booking constitutes a contractual agreement between the traveler(s), customer(s), client(s) and/or purchaser(s), collectively as "You" and "Traveler", and Beyond Borders Tour & Travel LLC ("We"/"Us") pursuant to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"/"Agreement"):

EXTENDED HOURS CLIENT SUPPORT

Beyond Borders Tour & Travel provides client-only support with extended hours. For emergencies within 72 hours of departure or while you are traveling, please call 910-381-6998. Our regular client hours are 7AM - 7PM EST Monday - Friday. Saturday is reserved for only booking trips. No inquiries will be sent out on the weekend. The preferred method of communication is email, text message, or through the client portal. Clients can also schedule phone consultations. Response time is 1 hour when communicating through email, text, or the client portal. We will contact you if we have any pressing concerns.

TRAVEL AGENCY

Beyond Borders Tour & Travel acts as a travel agency only. We sell various travel related products on behalf of numerous transport and accommodation service providers, including, but not limited to airlines, coach, rail, cruise line operators and hotels. Beyond Borders Tour & Travel does not own, operate, manage or control these independent suppliers of services and is not liable for their acts or omissions. We have no responsibility for these services, nor do we have the authority to make any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these travel service providers.

TRAVEL

TRAVEL PROTECTION

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation protection and/or travel accident insurance. Beyond Borders Tour & Travel is not an insurance company and has no responsibility for the submission, payment or adjustment of any insurance claims. Any insurance claims that may fall under the relevant travel insurance policy must be submitted to the insurance company identified in the policy. Travel Protection rate is different per vendor and trip.

PASSPORTS & IDs

All individuals departing from the United States of America must be in possession of a valid passport. Please check that your passport is valid for 6 months or longer than your intended travel time. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documentation, including but not limited to passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. A valid government issued ID is required for travel within the USA, however depending on the State of departure or arrival, a passport may be required instead of a driver’s license.

DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT

You will be required to pay a minimum deposit per person when booking depending on the accommodations. The service provider may require further deposits. All deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is required no less than 45 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated. Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking. Beyond Borders Tour & Travel accepts debit card or credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Diners).

ADDITIONAL FEES

Additional taxes and surcharges that cannot be pre-collected may be charged locally by car rental agencies, hotels or other suppliers. Most properties and vehicle rental/leasing companies require a credit card imprint at check-in. We are also not liable for any changes in flight from the airline or fees that might occur from them.

LIABILITY

Beyond Borders Tour & Travel is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any travel service provider or of any third party. In addition and without limitation, we are not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay, or damage to person or property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or illness, disease, acts of war or civil unrest, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation, or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. Changes due to weather that hinder flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors my leave you responsible for additional costs for airfare, transportation, hotel accommodation and meals if the service provider doesn't cover it. Claims can be filed with the service provider directly.

TRAVEL AGENT CONSULTING

TRAINING: All training will be limited to 5 travel agents or less per training class so that we are able to answer direct questions and issues. Every session will also have a class manual for the agent to keep for reference. The class registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you miss your training time you will be able to reschedule.

 

MATERIAL: All training has been made by Beyond Borders Tour & Travel LLC. Any attempt to record or redistribute material given before, durning, or after will result and legal action.

STORE

CUSTOM SHIRT POLICY

After you submit your custom shirt form we will contact you in 24 hours to set a time to go over your design. After your design has been approved you will receive an invoice and estimated completion date. The completion date will be determined by the quantity of shirts need and design. Other policies also apply to custom shirts

SHIPPING POLICY

Items on our website are are made to order. Items are ready to ship in 3-4 business days. All orders will be processed and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding holidays when the FedEx is closed. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be processed on the next business day. Tracking numbers will be sent out via email once the order is shipped. We are not liable for any delayed shippments. If your items are damaged during shipping Beyond Borders Tour & Travel will replace them for FREE.

REFUND POLICY

If your items arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and send us proof of damaged item. We will replace the items and the proof will be used for our claim with USPS. Items that are damaged during shipping will be replaced by Beyond Borders Tour & Travel at no additional cost. If the item is no longer available, you will have the option of selecting another item at the same value. Due to COVID-19, Beyond Borders Tour & Travel DOES NOT do exchanges.

We also DO NOT issue refunds. Beyond Borders Tour & Travel can give you a store credit or send you a replacement item if you aren't satisfied with your purchase.

PRIVACY POLICY

Beyond Borders Tour & Travel does not collect, use, and discloses any personal Information from those that visit our site, buy our products or use our services.

TRAINING

BOOKING

Standard Face-to-Face Training and Virtual Courses can be booked via the booking forms available on Beyond Borders Tour & Travel LLC Site. We will accept your training reservation and you will receive email confirming the date and time of the course and further instructions to prepare for the course. A reminder email and training manual for your course will be sent out 24 hours before the course starts.

PAYMENT

Training fees can be paid at the point of booking. If other payment options are needed they can be arranged by contacting Beyond Borders Tour & Travel LLC. A receipt will be sent to you via email to confirm payment. Please note that if you do not provide accurate details (including type of card and number) or if your credit card company does not authorize payment, your booking will be deemed void. We will not accept any liability for costs incurred as a result of booking demand void in this manner.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of class must be provided in writing. Beyond Borders Tour & Travel LLC will NOT issue a refund for missed training. Training can be transferred to someone else or rescheduled. All transfers and reschedules will result in an additional $25 fee.

OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All Training Material is owned by Beyond Borders Tour & Travel LLC. All intellectual property rights in all Training Material available, including the design, graphics and text of all printed materials and the audio of all webinars, are owned by us. When you are given access to the Training Material, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Training Material. No Training Material may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, without Beyond Borders Tour & Travel LLC prior permission. Any such use in strictly prohibited and will constitute on infringement of our intellectual property rights and will result in legal action.
